- Bookings will only be confirmed if you hear from us. In all politeness, submitting a Booking Form does NOT confirm your booking. You can also ping us via Whatsapp for a quicker response.
- There’s no timeframe on “How early should I book?”; all bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
- No refund of deposit will be made for any cancellation of bookings.
- Additional charges MAY BE implemented for changing dates/postponement of event after confirmation.
- For corporate or government entities, we expect full payment to be fulfilled latest within 30 days after the event. For private parties such within homes, functions rooms, birthday parties etc, we expect payment after the event or by the end of the day.
- Our staff and entertainers are not liable for cleaning up of any mess created by the activities and guests.
- As much as we treat every kid like our own, our staff and entertainers are not liable for any injury or harm cause by the activities.
- Our staff and entertainers reserve the right to cease the event immediately if any of them are verbally abused by either the kids or adults. Bear in mind that we’re entertainers, not babysitters, and the job of controlling any kids still falls in the scope of the parents.
- By booking Party Heart, all photos and videos taken during the event will be allowed to be used in media and marketing collaterals. If you prefer you or your children not to be photographed/videoed, please speak to us directly and we will adhere most definitely.
